An insurance carrier shall submit all medical reports and other documentation in its possession to the commission within five days of request from the commission. A carrier that fails to submit requested information or that submits requested information late without good cause may be assessed an administrative penalty under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, §§8.04, 10.07(b)(22), and 10.21.
