The purpose of this chapter is to administer through the Texas Commission on Fire Protection the law set forth in the Health and Safety Code, Chapter 753, regarding the regulation of flammable liquids equipment at retail service stations. This chapter sets forth rules regarding approval of testing laboratories that perform standardized tests on flammable liquids equipment in the interest of safeguarding lives and property.
