28 Tex. Admin. Code § 26.310
A misrepresentation about the effects of the Insurance Code, Chapter 26, Subchapters A and H, and/or this subchapter in marketing large employer health plans or in the marketing, renewing, or canceling of other health insurance products will be considered a violation of the Insurance Code, Articles 21.20 and 21.21.
