The evaluation committee will report its final rankings to the board with the committee's recommendation for vendor selection, if any. The committee shall include in its report the total number of points assigned to each vendor together with any other information which might be useful to the board in its decision on awarding any contract. The board may accept revised proposals before it awards any contract. Contract awards, if any, resulting from an RFP, are subject to appropriate state approvals.
