Health maintenance organizations must comply with the Texas Insurance Code Articles 21.21, 21.21-1, and 21.21-2, and rules promulgated by the Texas Department of Insurance, pursuant to the Texas Insurance Code Articles 21.21, 21.21-1, and 21.21-2, to the extent these rules may be applied in the same manner as insurance companies.
