Must I provide a regularly scheduled naptime for infants?

Yes. Each infant must have a nap period that:
- (1) Allows the infant to maintain his or her own pattern of sleeping and waking periods; and
- (2) Is supervised by the caregiver according to §747.1503 of this title (relating to What does Licensing mean by "supervise children at all times"?).
