(a) A center must:
- (1) maintain a clean and safe environment;
- (2) be free of unpleasant odors; and
- (3) eliminate odors at the center at their source by prompt and thorough cleaning of commodes, urinals, bedpans, and other sources.
- (b) A center must meet the housekeeping requirements in §550.210 of this chapter (relating to Sanitation, Housekeeping, and Linens).
