- (a) The subrecipient must plan and implement child find, public awareness, and interagency coordination goals and strategies that comply with IDEA Part C.
- (b) When HHSC provides language to use in communicating with primary referral sources, parents of infants and toddlers, or the general public, the subrecipient must use the provided language.
