Termination of Service Coordination

A LIDDA must terminate service coordination for an individual if:
- (1) the individual no longer meets the eligibility criteria for service coordination as set forth in §331.7 of this chapter (relating to Eligibility); or
- (2) the individual or the LAR no longer desires service coordination.
