- (a) HHSC conducts a compliance review of each LIDDA, at least annually, to determine if the LIDDA is in compliance with the requirements for a LIDDA described in this chapter.
- (b) A LIDDA must submit to HHSC a plan of correction in accordance with the performance contract for any item of non-compliance. HHSC may take action as specified in the performance contract if a LIDDA fails to submit a plan of correction or implement an approved plan of correction.
