A LIDDA, LMHA, or LBHA must conduct a resident review in accordance with §303.204 of this subchapter (relating to Resident Review Process) for a resident of a nursing facility admitted through an exempted hospital discharge process if:

1. (1) the resident's stay in the nursing facility has exceeded 30 days; and
2. (2) the resident's PL1 indicates the resident is suspected of having MI, ID, or DD.
