Vice Chairman of the Board

- (a) Term of office. The vice chairman shall be elected from among the members of the board at the annual meeting in odd numbered years for a term of two years.
- (b) Vacancy. In the event that the vice chairmanship is vacated, a new vice chairman shall be elected by mail ballot to fill the unexpired term.
- (c) Duties. The vice chairman shall have such duties as are assigned to him by the chairman.
