1. (a) The Oversight Committee shall consider the Executive Director's funding recommendations as a comprehensive slate.
2. (b) The Executive Director's slate of funding recommendations is approved unless two-thirds of the members of the Oversight Committee vote to disregard the slate of recommendations.
3. (c) If the Oversight Committee votes to disregard the slate of funding recommendations, the Executive Director may re-submit recommendations for consideration by the Oversight Committee pursuant to a process and time table established by the Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee may request the appropriate review council to conduct further investigation into issues specified by the Oversight Committee.
