Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of Stamp

- (a) The branch may deny an application for a stamp or suspend or revoke an existing stamp or not renew a stamp if the applicant or holder fails to comply with the requirements of these sections. The applicant or holder has the opportunity to request a hearing on any of these actions in accordance with department fair hearing rules, §§1.51 - 1.55 of this title (relating to Fair Hearing Procedures).
- (b) The branch will not suspend or revoke a stamp without a prior hearing, except if the branch determines that immediate suspension or revocation is necessary because of imminent threat to public health.
