25 Tex. Admin. Code § 97.155
The format of the yellow fever vaccination stamps and cholera stamps will be according to federal guidelines Division of Quarantine Circular No. 106, which is adopted by reference in §97.154 of this title (relating to Criteria for Issuing Cholera Vaccination Stamps).
