- (a) The Texas Department of Health has prepared and maintains model workplace guidelines consistent with current public health information and with state and federal laws and regulations as required by the Texas Health and Safety Code, §85.012.
- (b) Interested individuals or entities may review the guidelines or obtain copies by contacting the Bureau of HIV and STD Prevention, Texas Department of Health, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756-3199. Copies are available on request.
