The department will procure off-site facilities for the storage and dispensing of department-owned anti-rabies biologicals.

1. (1) These depots will comply with the department's policy regarding storage, dispensing and reporting requirements.
2. (2) The depots will dispense the vaccine at the price designated by the department.
