25 Tex. Admin. Code § 37.28 – Transfer of Individual Records or Proofs of Screenings between Preschools and Schools

(a) An original or true copy of the proofs of screening shall be honored by the governing body of a preschool or school upon the transfer of a student from another Texas preschool or school; or
(b) when the official preschool or school record of the child contains entries of vision or hearing examinations or screening test results, an original or true and correct copy of that record may be transferred between preschools or schools.
