1. (a) A person commits a violation if the person manufactures, processes, distributes, sells, or otherwise introduces a consumable hemp product into commerce without a license or registration required by the department under:

   1. (1) §300.201 of this chapter (relating to Application for License or Renewal) for manufacturing, processing, or distribution of consumable hemp products; or
   2. (2) §300.502 of this chapter (relating to Application) for the retail sale of consumable hemp products.
2. (b) Each day a violation continues or occurs counts as a separate violation when calculating an administrative penalty.
