1. (a) The schedule of annual fees is as follows:

   1. (1) initial day youth camp--$250;
   2. (2) initial residential youth camp--$750;
   3. (3) renewal day youth camps operating less than 10 days per year--$50;
   4. (4) renewal day youth camps operating 10 or more days per year--$150;
   5. (5) renewal residential youth camps operating less than 10 days per year--$100; and
   6. (6) renewal residential youth camps operating 10 or more days per year--$450.
2. (b) For all applications and renewal applications, the department is authorized to collect subscription and convenience fees, in amounts determined by the Texas Online Authority, to recover costs associated with application and renewal application processing through Texas Online.
3. (c) All fees are non-refundable.
4. (d) All fees shall be submitted in the form of personal checks, certified checks, or money orders, or checks from state agencies, municipalities, counties, or other political subdivisions of the state made payable to the department.
