All food service establishments, mobile food units, retail food stores, and mobile retail food stores shall be operated in accordance with the requirements specified in §§229.161-229.173 of this title (relating to Food Service Sanitation), or §§229.231-229.239 of this title (relating to Retail Food Store Sanitation).
