25 Tex. Admin. Code § 229.222 – Effective Date for the Tolerance Levels for Ethylene Dibromide (EDB) in Food Being Less Than One Part Per Billion

(a) After May 1, 1986, the tolerance or maximum levels for residue of the insecticide 1, 2, dibromo ethane, also known as ethylene dibromide of EDB, in food described in §229.221(a)(1)-(3) of this title (relating to Tolerance Levels for Ethylene Dibromide (EDB) in Food) shall be less than one part per billion.
(b) After September 1, 1984, the tolerance or maximum levels for residue of the insecticide 1, 2, dibromo ethane, also known as ethylene dibromide or EDB, in food described in §229.221(a)(4)-(5) of this title (relating to Tolerance Levels for Ethylene Dibromide (EDB) in Food) shall be less than one part per billion.
