(a) The Texas Department of Health Resources adopts by reference the federal laws on food and drugs contained in:
1. (1) Title 41 United States Code Annotated §252(c)(15); and
2. (2) Title 21 United States Code Annotated §355.
(b) Copies of these laws are indexed and filed in the legal office, Texas Department of Health Resources, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756.
