Federal Laws Governing Texas Public Health Services

The Texas Department of Health adopts by reference the following federal laws on Texas public health services:

(1) 42 United States Code Chapter 6A (Public Health Services).
(2) Public Law 94-63, "Special Health Revenue Sharing Act of 1975."
(3) Public Law 93-641, "National Health Planning and Resources Development Act of 1974."
