Any party may appear and be represented by an attorney at law authorized to practice law before the highest court of this state. This right may be waived. Any person may appear on his own behalf or by a bona fide full-time employee. A corporation, partnership, or association may appear and be represented by a bona fide officer, partner, or full-time employee.
