1. (a) Advisory Board meetings are conducted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, and, to the extent possible, pursuant to the provisions of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised.
2. (b) Special meetings may be called by the presiding officer or resolution of the Advisory Board.
3. (c) The Advisory Board may act only by majority vote of its members present and voting. Proxy votes are not allowed.
