Procedure for Denial of Certification or Decertification

Denial of an application for certification or decertification of a Health Organization for failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall follow the procedures set forth in §177.8 of this title (relating to Failure To Submit Reports or Fees) and §177.11 of this title (relating to Review of Applications and Reports).
