Any Health Organization meeting the qualifications specified in §177.3 of this title (relating to Qualifications for Certification) may seek certification by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners under the Act, §5.01(a), by the submission of an application as provided in §177.4 of this title (relating to Applications for Certification).
