The following words and terms shall have the following meanings in this Chapter unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Baseless or unfounded--not based on any evidence or fact.
2. (2) Board--The Medical Board, Physician Assistants Board, Texas Board of Acupuncture Examiners, Respiratory Care Practitioners Board, Medical Radiological Technologists Board, Perfusionists Advisory Committee, and Medical Physicists Advisory Committee.
