1. (a) A person who has exhausted all administrative remedies, and who is aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to judicial review.
2. (b) The petition shall be filed in a district court of Travis County, Texas, within 30 days after the decision or order of the Board is final and appealable.
3. (c) Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.177, a party seeking judicial review of a final decision of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board in a contested case shall pay all costs of preparing the original or certified copy of a record of the contested case proceedings.
