License or Registration Suspension/Revocation Based on Status Review

(a) The board may review the status of a license or registration holder the board believes:
- (1) may have been issued a license or registration through fraud or error; or
- (2) may constitute a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare.
- (b) The board may, as set out in §139.31 of this chapter (relating to Enforcement Actions for Violations of the Acts or Board Rules), suspend or revoke a license or registration held by a person whose status is reviewed under this section.
