Licensees of other jurisdictions may be permitted to demonstrate their professional technique and ability at scientific and clinical meetings approved by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Any and all courses, seminars, clinics, or demonstrations, including those pertaining to anesthesia or anesthetic agents and duties of auxiliary personnel, outside of and not sponsored by recognized dental or medical schools or colleges must be approved in advance by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.
