A dentist or dental hygienist shall display a current registration certificate in each office where the dentist or dental hygienist provides dental services. When a dentist or dental hygienist provides dental services at more than one location, a duplicate registration certificate may be displayed. The duplicate may be obtained from the State Board of Dental Examiners for a fee set by the Board. No dentist or dental hygienist shall do any operation in the mouth of a patient, or treat any lesions of the mouth or teeth, without placing the current registration certificate on exhibit.
