- (a) A timely motion for rehearing is a prerequisite to an appeal, except that a motion for rehearing of a decision that is final under §107.54(a)(3) of this title (relating to Administrative Finality), is not a prerequisite to an appeal.
- (b) A decision that is final under §107.54(a)(2)(3)(4) of this title (relating to Administrative Finality) is appealable.
