(a) A licensee may not:
1. (1) perform or attempt to perform procedures for which the licensee is untrained;
2. (2) delegate responsibilities to an untrained individual;
3. (3) physically harm or allow physical harm to an individual;
4. (4) abandon a patient without reasonable cause and adequate notice; or
5. (5) expose an individual to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
(b) A licensee who violates this section is subject to disciplinary action.
