1. (a) Current Board fees:

   1. (1) License application -- $200 (includes online jurisprudence education course)
   2. (2) Initially issued license -- $10 - $120 (prorated)
   3. (3) Biennial license renewal -- $300

   4. (4) Late license renewal:

      1. (A) Less than 90 days -- $450
      2. (B) 90 days up to 1 year - $600
      3. (C) 1 year to 3 years -- calculated (only for good cause)
   5. (5) Reinstatement -- $145
   6. (6) Inactive status request -- $0
   7. (7) Renewal from inactive -- $300
   8. (8) Duplicate wall certificate -- $25
   9. (9) Duplicate pocket certificate -- $10
   10. (10) College faculty license -- $75
   11. (11) College faculty license renewal -- $75
   12. (12) Online jurisprudence exam -- $150
   13. (13) Repeat jurisprudence exam -- $250 ($100 to the Board, $150 to vendor)
   14. (14) Jurisprudence education course -- $55
   15. (16) Letter of good standing -- $25
   16. (17) Criminal history eligibility letter -- $150
   17. (18) Continuing education course approval -- $100
   18. (19) Returned check -- $25
2. (b) Fees for a returned check may only be paid by cashier's check, certified check, money order, or online.
3. (c) All other fees may be paid by cashier's check, certified check, money order, personal or company check, or online.
4. (d) All payments shall be made out to the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
5. (e) No checks from foreign financial institutions will be accepted.
6. (f) Any fees paid will first be applied to any outstanding fees, previously assessed costs, or penalties owed to the Board.
