- (a) "Any other state' means the states, territories, and possessions of the United States and any foreign country or governmental subdivision thereof.
- (b) "Commission or fees' includes any form of compensation received for services as a real estate agent.
- (c) "Services as a real estate agent" refers to the acts of a "real estate broker" as enumerated in §2(2)(A-J) and §2(3) of the Act, when those acts are performed for another and for compensation.
