1. (a) Cost of a transcript of a SOAH proceeding ordered by a party are paid by that party. Cost of a transcript of a SOAH proceeding ordered by the administrative law judge are split equally between the parties.
2. (b) A party or witness who needs an interpreter or translator is responsible for making the request under SOAH rules. The cost of the interpreter or translator is borne by the party requesting the service.
