Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

(1) Commission--The Texas Real Estate Commission.
(2) License Holder--A real estate broker or sales agent licensed under Chapter 1101, Texas Occupations Code.
