- (a) To receive or retain a license, a licensee shall earn and report at least the minimum mandatory CPE credit hours required for the reporting period under §523.112 and §523.130 of this title (relating to Mandatory CPE Attendance and Ethics Course Requirements for Licensees).
- (b) A licensee must report CPE credit hours completed during the accrual period for the license to be issued.
- (c) A licensee who fails to report the minimum mandatory CPE credit hours completed during the accrual period will be subject to disciplinary action under §523.114 of this title (relating to Disciplinary Actions Relating to CPE).
