- (a) A firm granted a temporary permit shall ensure that all of its owners, staff or contractors performing accounting work under the temporary permit are individually licensed through reciprocity or substantial equivalence within 30 days of the start of accounting work performed under the temporary permit.
- (b) The temporary permit of any firm that fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section shall be revoked.
