- (a) Individuals certified or registered by this board must obtain a license for each 12-month interval.
- (b) Firms registered with this board must obtain an annual license for each practice unit associated with the firm.
- (c) A license shall not be issued or renewed unless all required fees and a completed application have been received by the board.
