22 Tex. Admin. Code § 513.1
An individual holding a valid certificate in good standing as a certified public accountant issued by any state, or its equivalent issued by any foreign country, may make application for registration upon a form prescribed by the board and submitted to the executive director. The application must be accompanied by the requisite fee and must include written authorization empowering the board to obtain all information concerning the applicant's qualifications and the requirements for licensing by that state or foreign country.
