1. (a) A person making application for a certificate by reciprocity must submit a processing fee and a professional fee as stated in §521.3 of this title (relating to Fee for Certification by Reciprocity). If the application is approved by the board, the individual must then pay the license fee upon receipt of the license notice.
2. (b) All the requirements for certification must be completed by the applicant within six months after board's date of receipt of the application. If all the requirements are not completed within six months, the application will be void. The professional fee will be refunded to the applicant. The processing fee paid will not be refunded to the applicant.
3. (c) If the applicant does not meet the requirements of the board for a certificate by reciprocity the application shall be denied. The professional fee will be refunded to the applicant. The processing fee paid will not be refunded to the applicant.
