Application for Issuance of the Certificate by Exam after Completion of the CPA Examination

- (a) Application for issuance of the CPA certificate must be made on forms prescribed by the board and shall be in compliance with board rules and with all applicable laws.
- (b) The board will send an application for issuance of the CPA certificate to all candidates who successfully complete the Uniform CPA Examination, and thereafter as requested by the same candidates.
- (c) Each applicant must submit with the issuance application all information required in §511.161 of this title (relating to Qualifications for Issuance of a Certificate).
- (d) Each applicant must submit with the application for issuance of a certificate the requisite fee set by board in §521.9 of this title (relating to Certification Fee).
