22 Tex. Admin. Code § 511.77
Scoring of the examination shall be performed by the AICPA, subject to the approval by the board. The candidate must attain the uniform passing score established through a psychometrically acceptable standard-setting procedure approved by the board. The current minimum passing score is 75. The board shall establish a method for the accurate tracking and recording of a candidate's score. Not later than the 30th day after the day on which the board receives a candidate's score from NASBA, the candidate will be notified of the score unless board action is pending and the individual is precluded from receiving the examination results until the board action is resolved. In no event will any information concerning a candidate's performance on the examination be given to anyone other than the candidate unless the board has written authorization to do so.
