An applicant who applies and is approved for the examination under the Public Accountancy Act of 1945 shall continue to be eligible to sit for the examination; however, the applicant may requalify to another education requirement of the Act of 1945, or may requalify to the education of the current Act, but the applicant shall not rescind this action.
