- (a) The executive director shall employ such staff as is authorized and necessary for the conduct of its affairs. Applications for employment by the board shall notify prospective employees that no employee of the board may be related within the second degree of affinity or within the second degree of consanguinity to a person who is an officer, employee, or paid consultant of a trade association of the profession of public accountancy.
- (b) Each employee shall be hired without regard to race, color, handicap, sex, religion, age, or national origin. The executive director shall report at least annually to the board on compliance with this policy.
