- (a) Licensees decline to offer services when limitations or conditions are placed on their work by the patient or client or third parties which could foreseeably cause the licensee to violate a Board rule.
- (b) If licensees become aware of misuse or misrepresentation of their services or the results of their services, they take reasonable steps to correct or minimize the misuse or misrepresentation.
