1. (a) Each licensee and registrant shall inform the Board in writing of any changes in legal name or mailing address not later than thirty days after a change in the person's legal name or mailing address. After receiving the notification of change of name or mailing address, together with the appropriate fee, the Board shall issue a new license or registration reflecting the change.
2. (b) Each Plumbing Inspector shall inform the Board in writing of each political subdivision that the Plumbing Inspector is employed by or has contracted with, for the purposes of performing plumbing inspections and any changes in contract or employment status within thirty days of status change. The written confirmation of contract or employment must be provided by an authorized representative of each political subdivision.
3. (c) Each licensee or registrant shall notify the Board in writing of any change to his or her primary place of employment upon renewal of his or her license or registration.
